Breathwork is the heart of the studio — it's where JR's practice began — and it runs through every class, from yoga and mat pilates to soundbaths. It's a warm, unhurried space built for connection and community — only you know what you need, and it changes every day.
If you want a break from the day-to-day, yes. We're a refuge for people across the Coachella Valley who carry a lot of stress — demanding jobs, busy families, full calendars — and want to reconnect with breath and body. Athletes and golfers come for mobility and recovery; others come for nervous system regulation, a sober-friendly community, or simply an hour of quiet.
Breathwork is the practice of guiding your breath on purpose — slowing it, deepening it, or following a set rhythm — to shift how you feel. A session can calm a busy nervous system, release stress and tension, and leave you clear and grounded. It's guided start to finish, and no experience is needed.
Yoga builds strength, mobility, and balance while teaching you to move with your breath instead of against it. Over time it's as much about a steadier mind as a stronger body — the thing most people notice first is how much better they feel walking out than walking in.
Absolutely — beginners are who we're built for. Every class offers options, our teachers meet you where you are, and nobody expects you to know the poses or the breathing techniques. No flexibility or experience required.
You lie down, get comfortable, and let the vibrations of crystal singing bowls and gongs move through you. There's nothing to do but receive. It's one of the simplest, deepest ways to release tension and reset a busy mind.
